Welcome to StudyTutorZone.com. By registering as a tutor on our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before creating your tutor profile.
1. Profile Creation & Communication –
By creating a Tutor Profile at StudyTutorZone.com, you consent to receive SMS, email, and app notifications about classes or opportunities that match your profile.
You may unsubscribe from these alerts anytime by visiting your profile settings under the “My Account” section.
2. Verification Requirements –
Tutors are required to submit a valid Address Proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License), two recent passport-size photographs, and copies of their latest educational qualifications.
StudyTutorZone.com reserves the right to verify all submitted documents before activating a tutor profile.
3. Professional Conduct –
Tutors must engage only in educational/tutoring activities and must not participate in or promote any fraudulent or misleading activities, including but not limited to collecting money for admissions or fake opportunities.
Tutors should maintain professionalism, punctuality, and respectful communication with students and parents at all times.
4. Fraud & Misconduct –
Any fraudulent, dishonest, or unethical behaviour by a tutor towards students, parents, or StudyTutorZone.com will result in immediate termination of the tutor’s account.
The platform reserves the right to pursue legal action in cases of proven fraud or breach of trust.
5. Contact Information & Updates
Tutors must keep their current address, phone number, and email ID updated at all times.
Upon request, tutors should be ready to provide valid ID proof to clients or the platform for verification purposes.
6. Class Etiquette & Dress Code –
Tutors are expected to be punctual, well-prepared, and appropriately dressed during all trial and regular classes.
Tutors must maintain a positive and safe learning environment for students, avoiding any behavior that could be deemed unprofessional or inappropriate.
7. Modifications to Terms –
StudyTutorZone.com reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Termination of Account –

However, the platform does not guarantee any specific academic results, grades, or exam success. Student progress depends on individual effort and learning consistency.
2. Respect & Professional Conduct
Tutors registered on our platform should be treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism at all times.
Any form of misconduct or disrespectful behaviour toward a tutor will result in the suspension of your account.
3. Choice of Tutor –
The final decision to select a particular tutor for your child rests entirely with the parent or guardian.
StudyTutorZone.com may provide recommendations, but the ultimate choice remains with the user.
4. Safety & Parental Presence
For safety and comfort, tutoring sessions at home should only take place when at least one parent or responsible adult is present at the location.
Parents are encouraged to monitor initial sessions to ensure a secure learning environment.
5. Tutor Verification
You may request identity and qualification proof directly from the tutor before starting classes.

6.Payments & Disputes
